Crouttes-sur-marne is a small champagne village built on the hillside overlooking the Marne Valley, 4km from the town of Charly Sur Marne, in South Picardy. Close to the cottage is the bakery, where fresh bread can be bought daily. All amenities, including 2 supermarkets, butchers, chemist and Post Office are located in Charly Sur Marne.
 

The accommodation is for a maximum of six people as follows:

Ground Floor

Open plan living room with dining area, where there is plenty of room to sit and relax. There is a colour TV (showing French channels only). The kitchen is well appointed with gas/electric hobs, electric oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Sufficient plates and cutlery for 6 people including coffee maker and English teapot.

There is a WC located on the ground floor.

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms, one of these rooms having a single bed as well. Also a single bedroom with one single bed.

Finally the shower room can be found on this floor.

There are plenty of electric wall mounted convector heaters allowing comfort in the coldest of weather.
