Disney: A superb day out for the whole family. Approx. 30 minutes drive from La Ferme.

Paris: Famous the world over. Visit the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral and River Seine.

Route du Champagne: Spend a day visiting some of the world famous Champagne houses.

Reims: Renowned for it's beautiful Cathedral, plus Roman architecture. A minature Paris with it's many shops and famous champagne houses.

Pierrefonds: A fairytale chateau set amidst the ancient hunting forest of Compiegne. Overlooking the picturesque village of the same name which nestles at the edge of a large lake, ideal for boating and picnics.

Parc Asterix: Disneyland french style - less hectic than it's american neighbour, it is always a hit with the families that visit, the favourite attraction being the performing dolphins, and of course being able to eat well at mid-day!

The Great War: Although 'Le Ferme' is 2 hours south of the battlefields of the Somme, there are many momentos of the 1st World War in our region for those interested in history. Belleau Cemetary is 2 miles away where the americans opened their campaign in 1918. Today the gardens and woodlands are kept to a high standard, so all can enjoy them.

Route of the Champagne: Enjoy a drive through the thousands of acres of vine clad hills, arriving in the town of Epernay for a tour of one of the more famous champagne houses, such as Moet Chandon.

French Chateaus: A visit to France is never complete without a visit to a chateau. We have four within easy reach, the most famous being at Versailles, followed by Fontainbleu, Chantilly with its magnificent collection of horses, and Vaux Vicomte, with its monthly candlelit evenings. 'A holiday at 'Le Fereme' can be fun and educational for the whole family'.

In addition; golf can be played at the Val du Secret,
