Our cottage is situated in this small champagne producing village, overlooking the vine-clad Marne Valley, 10 kilometres from the market town of Chateau Thierry. The village boasts a bakery, grocery shop and café bar.
 

The accommodation is for a maximum of six people as follows:

Ground Floor

A large open plan sitting room leading into the dining area where French Windows gives access onto the balcony.

A well-appointed kitchen including eye level oven, microwave, gas hob and dishwasher. Also, on this floor there is a shower room separate WC and one double bedroom.

First Floor

Wooden stairs leads from the Ground Floor up to the Children’s room with three single beds. There is also another double bedroom, separate WC and wash hand basin on this level.

A washing machine is located in the garage, below the living area where a door allows access to the enclosed garden, with BBQ and garden furniture.

There is a mains water supply to the house and full central heating is available.
